1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Privacy & Data Protection

The collection and processing of personal data in connection with our products and services are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our products, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and understood the Privacy Policy.

2. Products and Licensing

• Glix Studio products are provided as licensed software, not sold outright.
• License keys are issued, validated, and managed via Polar.
• Licenses are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. Subscriptions

Certain features or future products may be offered on a subscription basis. Subscription billing, renewals, upgrades, and cancellations are handled through Polar.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely via Polar. Pricing, taxes, and billing information are displayed at checkout.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled in accordance with Polar's default refund policies and the terms presented at checkout.

• Digital products may be eligible for refunds only if explicitly stated
• Subscription refunds, if any, apply to unused billing periods
• Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in license termination

All refund requests must be initiated through the original purchase channel.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the software without authorization
• Circumvent licensing or payment systems
• Use the product for unlawful purposes

7. Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, designs, and trademarks are the exclusive property of Glix Studio or its licensors.

Purchasing a license grants a limited right to use the software, not ownership.

8. Generated Content

All artwork or visual output generated using Pattrn belongs to the user. Glix Studio retains ownership of the underlying software and systems.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glix Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate licenses if these Terms are violated or if payment issues occur, including chargebacks processed via Polar.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law principles.
